We have owned property and have been coming to Oak Island for 30 years.  Last year we decided to buy a new home on Oak Island.  The day we visited the house we would purchase, built by Buff Builders, we immediately saw the quality workmanship and details that showed the contractor had put much thought into his work.

Several months later we decided to add a room.  We were equally pleased with the construction of the new addition.  Scott Buff (owner) makes himself available both by phone and in person.  He tells you when he can do the job and he does it.  As out fulltime residence is 250 miles away, Scott would phone us regularly to give us updates on progress.

We have nothing but praise for Scott.  If we were to build another house I would call Scott Buff without hesitation.  I trust him.  We were in good hands with Scott Buff and Buff Builders.
